Before the inspection, please ensure:
The septic tank lids and access points are located and accessible.
Pets are secured.
Water service is active at the property.
Any required permits or prior system records are available, if possible.
If the tank lids are not exposed, excavation may be required before the inspection can proceed. We will clarify responsibilities for uncovering lids during scheduling to prevent misunderstandings.
After the inspection, you will receive a detailed report outlining system components, observed conditions, and any recommended repairs or maintenance. Our reports are clear, objective, and designed to help buyers, sellers, and homeowners understand the system’s current status.
